I have been running long distance off road for many years and bought the 319 when having problems with my feet and blisters. The day I bought them I did a weeks walking in the Lake District, ran Beachy Head marathon then the OMM last weekend. The shoes have performed above all expectation on all surfaces and are amazingly comfortable off road shoes. Great lacing that does not come loose. Excellent grip in mud and still lightweight when full of mud and water.
