The waterproof and windproof HyVent shell is fully seam sealed to block out moisture and protect the warm 550 fill down insulation. Snap down closure chest pockets and zipped hand pockets provide abundant storage. Equipped internally with an additional media pocket and sleeve pocket. Ordered on Tuesday 21st and was delivered 22nd December by 11am which is not a surprise as had ordered from OutdoorKit previously and was well aware of their excellent customer service.

This is a brilliant jacket and the blue in the picture does not do this jacket justice. The Fig Green I ordered looks mint (my use will predominantly be casual) and the jacket looks to be very warm and I cant wait for another cold snap to try it out properly with only a tshirt underneath.

A beautifully made jacket. Top quality construction and fabrics. I love the purple colour too. Very warm and it looks great. It is larger than other brands, I could have got away with a size smaller.

Fantastic coat all round. This will certainly cope with the most horrid winter weather. And being shorter than the McMurdo its OK for the shorter person too. Very good outer material and very warm to boot. I wanted something to wear over just a tshirt in the winter and this fits the bill hands down. Very adaptable too with the options to remove the trim and the hood. Best North Face in a while.
