These Montane jackets score 5+ for me because unlike other Puffa jackets, they fit close to the body, therefore retain much more body heat and 10 out of 10 for the longer sleeves, you can actually bend your arms without exposing half your forearm. Excellent quality and a cut above any other brand I've tried and I have tried most of them.
Fantastic jacket; kept me warm when walking the Malvern Hills on a cold December, you only need a thin t-shirt for small walks. Quality, light weight and very warm piece of kit.
An excellent piece of kit kept me warm on many sumits in the lakes and yorkshire always in my rucsac.
This is an amazingly thin jacket which packs away into a small bag but gives incredible warmth against cold and wind chill. I have tried it out on windy nights on the North Wales coast line and felt toastie sitting on rocks watching the sea for hours!
