Keep on trekking, whatever the weather decides to throw at you, in the Resolve II Jacket. DryVent technology shields you from wind and rain while also allowing your skin to breathe, keeping sweat and clamminess at bay. This two-layer waterproof shell jacket is finished with a water-repellent treatment, too, preventing saturation and helping to maintain the fabrics breathable qualities. Other details also help maintain bad-weather protection. The front zip is covered by a Velcro storm flap so water can't sneak in. The hood, which stows in the collar, can be cinched tight. Elasticated cuffs and zipped, covered hand pockets do their best to keep you dry and lock out chilling winds. Pair it with the Resolve Trousers for optimal wet and windy weather protection.
Excellent jacket!

This is my first TNF jacket, I use mine for my bike ride to and from work. This jacket is much more breathable and water proof than any other jacket that I have owned. TNF is the only jacket for me from now on. Thanks.

The North Face Men's Resolve jacket has to be my favourite weatherproof coat available. Affordable, light-weight and stylish the Resolve looks equally as good on the high street as it does in the great outdoors.
I'm a hill walker and wouldn't be anywhere near the mountains without my North Face jacket with me. Initially I had a black one but was so impressed I decided to purchase another in the beautiful colour 'Athens Blue'. Now I have one to wash and one to wear.
The Resolve comes with elasticated cuffs (which I prefer to the hook and loop adjustable style cuffs), a hood which can be stowed away in the back of the collar, two zipped pockets at the front as well as a full length zip, along with storm flap and velcro tabs.
As I previously mentioned the jacket is lovely and light-weight. I find the cut very comfortable, not restrictive as you may find with other branded jackets.
I would recommend the North Face to anyone, be they a hill walker such as myself or just the next person along the high street. An excellent product distibuted by an excellent outlet! Thank you OutdoorKit!

I bought this jacket a while back and it really is good. I have worn it every day and it does not smell at all, it is also very comfortable and is easy to wear at any time. I wear mine at meetings, during dinner and sometimes to bed. Fantastic.

Excellent value and excellent service from Outdoorkit. I ordered my items on Sunday and they arrived as scheduled on Tuesday. You get what you pay for with TNF products - very stylish high quality outdoor clothing. Try the rest then buy the best, TNF!!!

A very good, reliable waterproof coat. Keeps the wind off superbly and is still beading water after 6 months of near daily use. Only fault is that the hood is a pain when trying to turn your head!
Bravo North Face!

Ordered this jacket on Sunday night arrived the following Tuesday morning so 5 stars for the delivery service. The jacket itself is of a high quality and looks hardwearing and completely waterproof. Haven't tested it yet as I got it for a hiking trip in British Columbia next month.

Having never owned but always wanted a The North Face coat, I thought that this mid price jacket might be a good place to start. I've been wearing it all day and I have to say I cannot really fault it at all so far! It's definitely got all it takes to keep warm, but doesn't get too stuffy when you're active, it fits well without having material where you don't want it, ideal for active things like the cycle ride home.
I am very happy with the jacket, as it really lives up to it's reputation in terms of style and quality.
Also very pleased with outdoorkit.co.uk, with a great website, excellent images, descriptions, reviews a fantastic communication system, rapid delivery with Royal Mail (ordered Sunday, arrived Tuesday morning!) Overall, can't fault it. Thanks!

This may be the only jacket you need. I have used this jacket in pouring rain walking all day in the Lake District. Just shake the rain off when you get back and it's dry enough to put on for a trip to the pub an hour later.
Very comfortable, easy to wear and a great hood. And all for under £70!

I bought a North face resolve jacket for my wife and I as we are often out on the Welsh Brecon Beacon’s or other mountains engaging in our hobby ‘Geocaching’. We needed a jacket that were waterproof and windproof while preferably being light weight to enable us to fold the jacket into a rucksack if needed in the summer in case bad weather moves - so we have something to keep us warm and dry on exposed territory.
Our verdict on these jackets is they are well worth the price. They are what it says on the tin, waterproof and windproof and the quality is first class. This is a well priced good quality jacket that any serious walker should have ready to face the elements. We also like the hood provided with the Resolve too. They protect well from the wind and rain as we found out on our last expedition. We will be buying more products like this again..
