Many of Osprey's packs are available in multiple sizes to fit a range of torso lengths. Sizing your pack is the key to not only comfort but the pack's performance.
To measure your torso length start at the iliac crest which is the top of your hipbones on the side of your body that act like a shelf. From this level on your spine, measure to the C7 vertebrae, the knobby bone at the base of your neck when you put your head down. Make sure to keep your back straight while your friend makes the measurement.
Once you have your measurement, use the table below to identify which pack you would like and you can then see which size you need. If you have any queries, please contact our Customer Service team on 01582 879 879.
